On March 6, 2026, the International Cooperation and Project Office (ICPO) at ICTM welcomed representatives of the Institute for Medical Research (IMR): Dr. Snežana Tomanović, Assistant Director for Scientific Research, and Teodora Veselinović, Legal Officer at IMR. ICTM was represented by Vladan Ćosović, Head of the International Cooperation and Project Office, Dragana Zlatović, Project Officer, Dr. Dejan Opsenica, Assistant Director for Fundamental Research, and Dr. Matija Zlatar, SAIGE Program Coordinator at ICTM.

The visit included presentations on ICPO’s organizational model, project support processes, international cooperation activities, and adopted institutional procedures. The discussion also covered exchanges of experiences in project management, as well as examples of good practices that contribute to the more efficient functioning of research organizations. The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue collaboration between ICTM and IMR, with the shared goal of strengthening institutional capacities and enhancing support for researchers.

We believe that collaboration and mutual support are essential for the progress of the scientific community, and we look forward to future joint initiatives.
