The REFBAR project Kick-off Meeting was successfully held on 6th February in Brussels. During the meeting, each partner presented their institution, expertise, and planned contributions to the project activities.
Discussions focused on the work plan for the upcoming period, including secondments, key tasks, and the overall implementation timeline. Special attention was given to coordination among partners and alignment of methodologies and responsibilities.
The meeting was also attended by the Project Officer, Marina Royer-Toupitsyna, who provided detailed guidance on project management rules, administrative and financial procedures, and reporting obligations. These instructions helped ensure a shared understanding of requirements and next steps across the consortium.
The Kick-off Meeting established a strong foundation for effective collaboration and successful project implementation in the period ahead.
