Electrodeposition as a tool for micro/nano fabrication

Prof. Dr. Galina Tsirlina served until 2022 as a professor at the Department of Electrochemistry, Moscow State University, and subsequently worked at the LEPMI laboratory in Grenoble, France. Since 2023, she has been affiliated with the Nanocenter in Ljubljana. She is the author of around 250 scientific papers, with an h-index of 38, and since 2009 has served as an editor of the Journal of Solid State Electrochemistry (Fundamental Electrochemistry and Electrocatalysis).

In her lecture, Professor Tsirlina will present electrodeposition as a versatile tool for micro- and nano-fabrication, emphasizing its practical advantages and the importance of electrochemical methods for monitoring and controlling technological processes.
