As part of the ICTM seminar series, a lecture entitled “Ferrosilicides in Two Samples Suspected of Meteoritic Origin: Evidence from XRD and SEM-EDS Analyses” will be held on Monday, March 16 at 12:00.

The lecture focuses on the investigation of ferrosilicide materials suspected to have a meteoritic origin. Results of structural and elemental analyses obtained using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectrometry (SEM-EDS) will be presented, together with a discussion of the possible origin of the investigated materials.
